How fresh is the coffee when it ships?

We roast to order Monday through Friday. Your coffee is typically shipped within 24-48 hours of roasting to ensure you receive it at the peak of flavor.

Do you offer a subscription service?

Yes, our 'Coffee Collective' subscription allows you to choose your favorite blends or single-origins and set a delivery frequency that works for you, saving 10% on every order.

What is your return policy for coffee beans?

As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 30 days for a replacement or store credit.

Can I track my shipment?

Absolutely. Once your order is roasted and packed, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your coffee's journey from our roastery to your doorstep.

Do you provide whole bean or ground coffee?

We primarily sell whole bean coffee to preserve freshness, but we offer professional grinding services for Drip, Espresso, or French Press if selected at checkout.

Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?

Sustainability is at our core. We work directly with farmers to ensure fair wages, environmental stewardship, and long-term partnerships that go beyond standard fair trade requirements.
